The first phase of over 357 homes is currently being developed on HCA land by Barratt Homes, and is one of a number of sites that the HCA will bring forward in and around Hemel Hempstead over the next few years, delivering new homes and jobs.

Steve Melligan, Strategic Land Manager for The Crown Estate, said: “We’re keen to hear from residents, businesses and stakeholders as we develop the second phase of Spencer’ Park. The Crown Estate and the HCA value the opinions that are voiced during our consultations as they help us to inform our development proposals.

“If people are unable to attend the consultation event on Friday 26 February, we will be launching a dedicated project website which will contain information on the proposals and contact details so people can still get in touch and provide feedback.”

Spencer's Park

The HCA and The Crown Estate both own land at the site, and have formed a partnership to progress a planning application for the second phase of Spencer’s Park, a 25 hectare site located to the north-east of Hemel Hempstead, within a mile of the M1.
