Two new restaurants have opened at the MK1 Leisure Park in Milton Keynes with five more opening before the end of the year, including PizzaExpress, Frankie & Benny’s, TGI Fridays, Nando’s, Bella Italia, Prezzo and ChimiChanga.
Banbury Gateway work commences

Work has started this week to deliver the £80m Banbury Gateway Fashion Park. We are funding the scheme, which is being developed by LXB Retail Properties, and have completed our purchase of the site from LXB for around £42m.
Local MP Sir Tony Baldry joined Banbury Gateway asset manager Mike Bell to ceremonially kick-off development activities on Tuesday 4 November.

A new community sensory garden at the Coliseum Shopping Park in Ellesmere Port was officially opened on Thursday, 30 October, by The Mayor of Ellesmere Port, Cllr Brian Jones. The sensory garden is part of our £3m investment designed to improve the experience for visitors to the Park.

The Crown Estate will take responsibility for the asset management of Princesshay on behalf of the joint partnership following a prime shopping centre property swap between TIAA Henderson Real Estate and Land Securities.

The Big Green Leaf comes to Liverpool

"Underneath the Big Green Leaf" comes to Aintree Shopping Park this Saturday 20 September to share a sustainability message with local communities and occupiers.
Each event includes an inflatable leaf canopy set up in high footfall areas, where a range of interactive sustainability and eco-friendly activities will be on offer to encourage young people to help look after the environment.
