Renewable Energy Health and Safety Award 2016

Applications for the Renewable Energy Health & Safety Award 2016 are now open.

Renewable Energy Health and Safety Award 2016

The award aims to promote the development, implementation and sharing of best practice in health and safety across the sector.

The awards are now in their fifth year and we look forward to hearing about projects, case studies or innovation. A central aim of the award is seeing examples of how health & safety learning experiences have been shared and communicated.

The format will follow a similar approach to previous years – so please take a look at the 2015 case studies to see what was shortlisted for last year's award.

However – do not feel constrained to what was submitted before. We also welcome joint applications especially where two or more organisations have worked together on a project.

The potential scope is very wide – so feel free to look at any initiative or project no matter how big or small. Also think laterally – do you have any projects where health and safety may not have been the primary focus – but it was an unintended beneficiary (e.g. cost reduction/efficiency programs)? These may not be eligible in their own right – but the sharing and communications of the health and safety learning may be.
