We own the whole of Regent Street and around half of St James’s, some of London's most historic and famous spaces. We are delivering a £1.5 billion investment and redevelopment plan, with a commitment to ensure that central London continues to be an outstanding place to work, live and visit.

Regional

Our Regional portfolio has a broad range of assets that includes retail and leisure destinations, as well as industrial and business parks. We also have a significant holding of mixed-use and strategic land opportunities.

On the Seabed

On the seabed

We play an active role on the seabed around England, Wales and Northern Ireland, including offshore energy, marine aggregates, and cables and pipelines.

On the land

On the land and coast

We manage a rural portfolio of land and property, comprised of tenanted working farms and strategic land. We also manage the Windsor Estate, including Windsor Great Park.

Our coastal portfolio includes approximately half of the foreshore and the beds of tidal rivers, in and around England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
