Disclosure logs

The logs below detail requests received by The Crown Estate for the relevant calendar years. If you would like to receive a copy of the response to any of these requests, please email enquiries@thecrownestate.co.uk and we will send you an anonymised version of our reply within five working days.

Please note that some requests for information are not included in the disclosure log where publication would identify an individual.

The following closure codes are used in the logs:

• NH: Not held;

• IP: Information provided; and

• R: Refused in part or in full (this code will be used where an exemption is used in relation to some part of the information requested, e.g. where we have removed personal data from a response).
