Supplier Charter
The charter embodies our purpose, core values and priorities, and sets clear expectations on how they should apply across our whole supply chain. This includes requirements for suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to our priorities.
Procurement Act 2023
The Crown Estate follows the public contract regulations; you can familiarise yourself with the Procurement Act 2023 on the Transforming Public Procurement page.
Procurement opportunities
To be notified of and have access to all of our procurement opportunities, you need to have an account on the government central digital platform.
Social Value
Social value is the additional value in the delivery of a contract where a wider community or public health benefit can be created beyond the contract deliverables.
A minimum 10% weighting is applied to social value in all tenders.
Social Enterprises
The Crown Estate is part of the Social Enterprise UK's Buy Social Corporate Challenge, a group of 30 partner companies aiming to spend £1 billion with social enterprises through procurement by 2026.
