Introducing The Crown Estate Property Management for London

Your property and facilities management services are coming in-house from 1 July. Your team remains the same and will continue to support you.

Following a detailed review we have decided to bring all London property management services provided by JLL, in-house, including the transfer of our relevant JLL colleagues by 1 2024.

This represents an important strategic development for The Crown Estate in the ways that we work with you, our customer. Our goal is to deliver world-leading property management services to you, with safety, quality of experience, and sustainability as our core focus. By bringing property management in-house we will have more direct interaction and continue to develop new opportunities in the services we offer.

We are delighted to retain the valuable expertise, experience and continuation of existing relationships of our JLL colleagues.
